Although the M A Series III clicker will be kind on your clicker dies, the following should be noted for those using the larger hydraulic machines. Please insure that the top plate on your clicker press is in very good order (not hollow or bulging, and no large bolt head hollows for round punches to be forced up into). Also that your cutting board is near new, as a lot of damage can be done to clicker dies by a press in poor condition. Please also consider removing any operator who DOES NOT COMPLETELY COVER THE CUTTING DIE WITH THE PRESS HEAD FOR EVERY CUTTING STROKE. These measures will insure that your dies will serve you for a very long time without trouble.
